On this page you will find an overview of the event locations of the east Hotel & Restaurant.
All of these locations are located at Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße 31 in the middle of St. Pauli. Centrally located, with a public parking garage and very good connections to local public transport, the east is an excellent city location with easy access for guests from the country and the surrounding area.

east Restaurant

Dance floor, disco ball and much more

The east restaurant is regularly converted into a “party temple” and for all kinds of events. The east is ideal for large events with up to 800 people or for events with restaurant seating for up to 230 people. For example, two separate entrance areas can be converted into a “red carpet” area, accreditation area or a champagne reception.

Yakshi's Bar

Location for receptions, afterwork and dinner

On the ground floor of the east you can meet at the Yakshi’s Bar (named after the Indian goddess of sociability) in a communicative atmosphere for afterwork, a relaxed after-dinner cocktail, or to start a night of partying in the pulsating heart of St. Pauli. The Yakshi's Bar, the central point of the house, is around 80 squaremeters and is ideal for receptions for up to 150 people.

DEDON Island

The green inner courtyard

Between green plants and loungey DEDON furniture, you can use the popular outdoor lounge as a location in the summer months. The lounge is located in the sunken courtyard of the east and is accessible via the restaurant and Yakshi's Bar.
There is space for 80 to 100 people in around 250 squaremeters.

Bombay Lounge

Private Dining & Co-working Space

The Bombay Lounge with its own outdoor terrace is a separate area in the east restaurant that you can book exclusively for both your company party and a private event. Enjoy a dinner in a private atmosphere with up to 22 people at a long high table, individual high tables with up to four seats or book one of our east tastings for your guests. The Bombay Lounge is available to you during the day as a freely accessible “co-working space”.

Bacardi Lounge

The semi-separate lounge of the east

The Bacardi Lounge is located above the restaurant behind the “honeycomb wall” and is ideal for afterwork, get-togethers and incentives.
If you need a slightly larger lounge for celebrating, you will find a veritable solution for up to 100 people here. Decorated in classic, red Hamburg brick, the 140m² Bacardi Lounge combines ambience.
