The east Group, consisting of the east Hotel and Restaurant, the coast by east Restaurant, and clouds - Heaven's Bar & Kitchen, strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on Barrier-Free Access to Federal Websites and Mobile Applications (Web Accessibility Act – WZG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 59/2019, as amended.

Conciliation
1) A consumer who claims that an economic operator is violating a provision of this Act or the statutory order to be issued pursuant to Section 3 and who therefore cannot use the product or service in question, or can only use it to a limited extent, is entitled to submit an application for the initiation of conciliation proceedings to the conciliation body pursuant to Section 16 of the Disability Equality Act.

The conciliation body shall, at the consumer's request, involve the market surveillance authority as a party to the conciliation proceedings. 3It shall send a copy of the conciliation application to the economic operator and the market surveillance authority for the conduct of the conciliation proceedings.

2) An application for the initiation of conciliation proceedings for the out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from a consumer contract or concerning the existence of such a contractual relationship may also be submitted to the conciliation body pursuant to Paragraph 1.

3) Paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to an association recognized under Section 15 Paragraph 3 of the Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act or a qualified institution within the meaning of Section 3 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Number 1 of the Injunctions Act that asserts that a provision of this Act or a provision of the statutory ordinance to be issued pursuant to Section 3 Paragraph 2 has been violated and that the violation affects the respective statutory scope of duties of the association or qualified institution.

4) Proceedings pursuant to Section 32 Paragraph 1 or 2 shall be suspended until the arbitration proceedings have been concluded.

5) In all other respects, Section 16 Paragraphs 4 to 7 of the Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act and the Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Arbitration Ordinance of November 25, 2016 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 2659), as amended by Article 2 of the Ordinance of May 21, 2019 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 738), shall apply.
