Conference flat rates

You can easily choose between Package Small (half-day package) and Package Medium (full-day package), or between meetings with a maximum duration of five to nine hours.


General conference hours include operations from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
We would be happy to put together your individual package for your event at east.

  • Unlimited mineral water, soft and hot drinks at the conference area
  • Business lunch with salad buffet à la chef at the restaurant incl. mineral water
  • Conference room own Wi-Fi for all conference participants
  • Half day up to 5 hours and a minimum of 15 people

The east Hamburg has been awarded the Certified Conference Hotel and Certified Business Hotel seal of quality by the business travel association VDR. The hotel industry report, which specifically reflects the needs of business travelers, uses objective criteria to provide a reliable statement about business travel hotels, regardless of category or group. Only a few houses in Hamburg are allowed to display the industry-wide recognized seal.
