  Two kinds of beef & grilled white asparagus with pink roasted saddle of beef, braised cheeks, vanilla carrots, ginger and nasturtium cress

  Mango Lassi Cake with almond biscuit, yoghurt, passion fruit, mango, chia seeds and marigold flowers
